WHY A SURPRISE?
Why a surprise???
Guys: we're having a baby!

We thought of a surprise as another place to visit that we still do not know and that a random event or any other person would allow us to know.
But this would not be a real surprise; it would be a surprise already calculated, something we are already waiting for.
A real surprise is something you're NOT waiting for, something that could change all your plans, something that makes you doubt if everything you're doing is right or not.
When we received the news we were paralyzed because already half of our trip was booked. We had never reserved so many trips in our lives, and now everything was in doubt.

The next day it became clear: we would continue to travel! That was our decision.
The journey became something more, something with a deeper meaning. It will be a special pregnancy, traveling, with every medical check-up in a different country. Luckily the pregnancy turned out to be low risk, everything was good and we were healthy.
So we were not afraid to spend a month in India. Think about it: every day millions of children are born in India!

So the journey is divided into three parts: the first part where we will travel in two with pregnant Andrea; a second part will be a break where we will return to Andrea's house, we will wait for our son or daughter to be born and we will move in the first months to the Canary Islands to spend the winter in a mild climate; and a third part where, if the three of us are well and we are ready to return to travel, we will follow with our trip on the other side of the Atlantic, along with our baby!
We are proud to be an example of Antifragility!
